titleOfInvention Air-conditioning system of a motor vehicle and method for operating the air-conditioning system
abstract The present invention relates to an air conditioning system (1) for conditioning cabin air of a motor vehicle. The air conditioning system 1, which is configured for cooling device mode, heat pump mode and reheat mode operation, has a housing 3 having a first flow channel 4 and a second flow channel 5 for guiding air. An air conditioning unit 2, a refrigerant circulation system 20, and a first coolant circulation system 40 and a second coolant circulation system 60. The refrigerant circulation system 20 can operate as an evaporator regardless of the operating mode, and the refrigerant-air heat exchanger 7 disposed inside the housing 3 of the air conditioning unit 2 and the condenser regardless of the operating mode. And a first refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger 22 that can operate as a gas cooler and a second refrigerant disposed outside the housing 3 of the air conditioning unit 2 and capable of operating as an evaporator regardless of the operating mode. -A coolant heat exchanger (31) is provided. The first coolant circulation system 40 includes heat exchangers and a battery heat exchanger 48 for conditioning the second refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger 31 and components 42 of the drive train, while the first The two coolant circulation systems 60 are formed with the first refrigerant-coolant heat exchanger 22 and the heat exchanger 16 arranged inside the housing 3 of the air conditioning unit 2. The invention also relates to a method of operating the air conditioning system.
