abstract Disclosed are a phantom used for a phantom manufacturing method and evaluation of the focusing performance of electromagnetic waves. According to one or more exemplary embodiments, a phantom manufacturing method includes generating an initial phantom by mixing a two or more of protein materials, colored materials, and Zion materials based on the electrical and thermal properties of a human body to produce a phantom mixture, and irradiating electromagnetic waves. And cutting the initial phantom according to a position to produce at least one final phantom used for focusing performance evaluation of the device for irradiating the electromagnetic waves.
