titleOfInvention |
A novel graphene quantum dot complex |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a complex comprising a PMP peptide, a graphene quantum dot and a cancer targeting antibody, wherein the PMP peptide is linked with an amine group and a carbonyl (-(C = O)-) linker of the graphene quantum dot. The cancer targeting antibody is linked to the graphene quantum dot by a peptide bond. The complex of the present invention may selectively bind to cancer cells and exhibit a killing effect. In addition, the complex of the present invention exhibits luminescence and can be used for monitoring drugs and diagnosing cancer. In addition, the complexes of the present invention can be used for photothermal or photodynamic therapy. |
