The present invention relates to a composition for regulating prostasia secretion comprising a calcium messenger, a second messenger inside or outside the cell, or a regulator thereof. The most prominent feature of the present invention is to provide an exosomal secretion regulation technique based on the signal transduction mechanism of prostate cells. In particular, since the secretion of prostasia that imparts motility to the spermatozoon can be directly controlled, it can be used for the verification of sperm motility during diagnosis or treatment of infertility, and is useful for the purpose of improving fertility and for contraceptive purposes . |
