abstract |
The fresh composition delivery system comprises a package having two compartments separated by a foil chamber for separating the cosmetically acceptable carrier from the labile active ingredient. The elastic bulb with the dart can be actuated by the user to penetrate the foil chamber such that the carrier and activator can be mixed in the package to form the composition immediately prior to use. In the resulting mixed composition, the level of unstable active ingredient in the composition is reduced to less than 6% for 7 days when stored at 60% relative humidity at 25 < 0 > C. |
