The present invention relates to a method for converting somatic cells into astrocytic cells, and more particularly to a method for directly converting fibroblasts into astrocytic cells using a quantitative gene transfer technique into a single cell. The method according to the present invention can directly transfer a gene into a single cell without using a carrier, quantitatively transfer a gene by a desired amount, and can directly convert cells into a single cell unit. Therefore, A functional neural stem cell can be produced. |
