abstract The present invention relates to a fluorescent probe compound for detecting a nitroxyl group represented by the following formula (1) [Chemical Formula 1] . The fluorescence probe compound for detecting a nitroxyl group according to the present invention responds with excellent selectivity to nitrosyls compared to other analytes and exhibits high detection sensitivity to nitrosyls. Thus, it is possible to detect nitrosyls in a simple and effective manner by a turn- So it has a very high utility in the biological and environmental fields. In addition, the nitrosyl fluoroprotein compound according to the present invention can detect not only nitroxyl introduced from the outside of the cell but also nitroxyl generated inside the cell, so that the nitrosyl formation in the mitochondria can be monitored in real time.
