titleOfInvention Bio-implantable device able to generate self-electric stimuli and application thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a device for generating a spontaneous electric stimulation for a living body implant and an application thereof, and more particularly to a spontaneous electric stimulation generating device for a living body implantation including a structure in which a first polymer electrolyte layer, an ion exchange layer and a second polymer electrolyte layer are sequentially laminated between opposing electrodes The present invention relates to a device for implanting a living body and an application technique thereof. The device according to the present invention is a biodegradable battery which can generate electric stimulation spontaneously without an external power source by alternately laminating an ion exchange layer (anion or cationic polymer electrolyte layer) and a neutral polymer electrolyte layer to form a donnan potential Which can regulate the proliferation or differentiation of nerve cells, bone cells, muscle cells or stem cells. Further, all the materials of the device can be decomposed after a certain period of time by using the biodegradable material, and there is no limitation in the lamination direction and lamination type of the polymer electrolyte layer, and drug release can be controlled by supporting the drug in the device.
