The present invention relates to a method for determining the stress of a plant for enhancing a functional material content of a plant using an image fluorescence value. According to the present invention, stress characteristics such as intensity, duration, frequency or persistence of a plant can be determined through correlation between the image fluorescence value of the plant and the content of the functional substance. |
