The present invention relates to a method for phosphorylating eIF4G of yeast, comprising the step of activating Ksp1, and a method for regulating post-transcription using the method. More specifically, Ksp1 phosphorylates eIF4G to inhibit translation initiation and to inhibit the interaction between eIF4F and Dhh1 Regulates mRNA degradation, and regulates the translation of RP mRNA, thus acting as a key factor in post-transcriptional regulation. |
