abstract The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting cancer metastasis comprising an anti-STAT3 bispecific antibody having intracellular penetration ability as an active ingredient. The STAT3 / DNA bispecific antibody according to the present invention can overcome limitations of an antibody drug targeting only proteins existing outside the cell by including a DNA binding site that penetrates into cells and specifically binds to DNA in the nucleus. , It could be specifically bound to the phosphorylated activated form of STAT3 alone to inhibit its transcription factor activity. As a result, it could be effectively used for the development of drugs capable of inhibiting cancer metastasis progressed by activation of STAT3 .
