The present invention relates to a process for producing a separator, a separator produced thereby, and an electrochemical device comprising the same. A method of manufacturing a separator according to one aspect of the present invention includes the steps of: (S1) preparing a slurry containing inorganic particles, a binder polymer, and a solvent; (S2) the energy of the beads in the bead mill disperser into which the slurry is injected and the number of energy transfers of the beads to the slurry are controlled and milled, and the energy applied to the slurry in the bead mill disperser is 0.4 KJ / kg and less than 1.5 KJ / kg; And (S3) applying the slurry to at least one surface of the porous polymer substrate and drying the slurry. The present invention can provide a separator having excellent air permeability, low heat shrinkage, and low aggregation of inorganic particles according to the above production method. |
