abstract |
The curable silicone composition of the present invention is a curable silicone composition comprising: (A) a linear organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon-bonded alkenyl groups in a molecule and at least 5 mol% of the total organic groups of the silicon atom bonds being aryl groups; (B) the formula: R 1 3 SiO 1/2 siloxane unit represented by (wherein, R 1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group), and the formula: made of a siloxane unit represented by SiO 4/2, the content of the alkenyl group At least 6% by weight of an organopolysiloxane; (C) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule; And (D) a catalyst for hydrosilylation reaction, and forms a cured product which has little weight loss, hardness change and cracking after thermal aging. |
