abstract The present invention relates to a PNA (Peptide Nucleic Acid) probe for discriminating a genotype of a gene related to senile hearing loss, and a method for discriminating a senile deafness-related genotype using the same. OCHF, COCH, ATP1A3, GRHL2, ITGA8, and CYP3A can be quickly and easily discriminated from the genotypes associated with senile hearing loss by the PNA probes for the genotyping of senile deafness diseases according to the present invention and the senescence- It is useful to identify the genotypes of IQGAP2, PCDH15, PCDH20, GRM7, MTHFR, KCNQ1, KCNQ4 and SLC28A3 genes to predict the risk of senile hearing loss.
