A method of selective identification of membrane protein using non-ionic detergents |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a membrane protein assay method, and more particularly, to a membrane protein separation and mass spectrometry method using a nonionic surfactant. As described above, the present invention provides a method for efficiently identifying proteins present in a membrane by extracting membrane proteins specifically present in a cell membrane using a nonionic surfactant and performing mass spectrometry. |
