A mixer 130 is provided for mixing the material in the container. The mixer includes a motor 640; A frame configured to be controlled by a motor 640 to rotate on an axis; A carrier disposed at a first end of the frame and configured to hold the container; A balance weight (620) disposed at a second end of the frame opposite the carrier (610), wherein the balance position relative to the axis is adjustable. The mixer may be a stand-alone unit, or it may be placed in a device for dispensing cosmetic compositions. |
