titleOfInvention | Functional feed additive to increase DHA content in Pork Belly, and processing method of it |
abstract | The present invention relates to a feed additive for the production of pork with a high DHA content, more particularly to a finishing feed additive for a finishing pig and a method of preparing the same, wherein the feed additive of the present invention comprises DHA OIL, DHA POWDER, A mixture of extract and licorice extract, and other excipients. Further, the functional feed additive of the present invention is composed of DHA OIL, DHA POWDER, a mixture of Stevia extract and licorice extract used as a sweetener, inert yeast and other excipients. These functional feed additives increase DHA transfer and accumulation in pork (pork) fattening of finishing pigs, thereby increasing the efficiency of feeding DHA through feed additives. Consequently, the DHA content, which is already known to be highly functional for humans at low cost, has the effect of enabling the production of relatively high pork. |
