More specifically, the present invention relates to tamoxifen A And a novel compound Selenosamphilin A and derivatives thereof which exhibit superior anticancer activity by disulfide substitution with diselenide according to structural activity studies, a process for producing the same, and a composition for preventing or treating cancer comprising the same as an active ingredient . The novel selenosamphilin A and its derivatives according to the present invention show excellent anticancer activity against various human cancer cell lines and are expected to be useful as a pharmaceutical composition for cancer prevention and treatment.
