abstract The present invention relates to a separable cassette for measuring glycated hemoglobin. Since the reagent is sequentially leaked during the rotation of the separable cassette for measuring HbA 1c of the present invention, it is easy to use and it is not necessary to shake the reagent beforehand, and the reagent is completely discharged without the reagent remaining by the rotation. Therefore, the measurement result is accurate because the amount of the reagent used and the amount of sample blood are small.
