System and method for inducing sleep based on auditory stimulation |
abstract |
According to the present invention, an auditory stimulation-based sleep induction method, performed by a computer device, comprises the steps of: (a) classifying a sleeping phase by analyzing a user's biological signal in real time; (b) determining a target frequency according to an analysis result of the sleep phase, and generating a binaural beat in which a user's brain signal is induced to a target frequency; (c) combining the generated binaural bits with ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) information; (d) providing the user with associated auditory stimulation information; And (e) determining whether the user's current sleeping phase is maintained at an appropriate rate for the total sleeping time, and determining whether to guide the next sleeping step to perform feedback according to the decision. |
