abstract |
The present invention relates to microorganisms for fermentation of whole-wheat silage and microbial additives containing them. The constitution of the present invention is characterized by providing a cellulosylticum sp. WCF-2 strain (KACC92181P), which is a new microorganism, as a microorganism for fermenting whole-grain vinegar silage. The microorganism additive Is a microorganism for fermentation of whole-wheat silage fermentation. It is characterized by containing microorganisms consisting of fibrinolytic bacteria or fibrinolytic bacteria and lactic acid bacteria. According to the present invention, dependency on imported feeds is reduced, preservability and digestibility of existing silages are improved, and silage feeds capable of breeding pigs as well as ruminants can be provided. |
