abstract | The present invention relates to a water treatment electrode and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a method of manufacturing a water treatment electrode of a charge storage deionization type. The present invention relates to a method for producing a titanium-coated carbon powder, comprising the steps of: 1) preparing a carbon powder coated with titanium; 2) preparing a slurry mixture by mixing titanium-coated carbon powder, metal powder, resin and solvent; Forming a slurry-like mixture; 4) drying the mixture in the form of a slurry; and 5) carbonizing the resin by heat-treating the dried mixture. The method for producing a water treatment electrode according to the present invention has an advantage that carbonization of the resin through heat treatment and bonding with other carbon base materials can prevent the electrical conductivity of the electrode from being lowered by the resin. |
