A primer composition and a curtain wall unit which can be adhered to various adherends with good durability and ensuring a long working time are provided. (A) R 3 SiO 1/ 2 units (R is independently a monovalent unsubstituted or substituted hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms) and SiO 4/2 is made of a unit, SiO 4/2 R 3 SiO units for 1/2 of a three-dimensional network structure, a molar ratio of 0.6 to 1.2 of the unit organosiloxane polymer 100 parts by weight, (B) the following formula (1) to the organosilane nook group-containing titanium compound represented by the organosilane containing at least 75 mol% (OR 1 ) 3 (R 2 CH 2 COCH 2 COOCH 2 R 2 ) 1 - (1) wherein R 1 may be the same or different, is an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, and R 2 may be the same or different and may be a hydrogen atom and / or an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon (C) 1000 to 8000 parts by mass of a solvent. |
