Polyurethane foam and method of forming the same |
abstract |
A highly heat resistant and highly restored polyurethane foam and a method of making the same are disclosed. The polyurethane foam comprises a reactive polycarbonate compound comprising at least two hydroxy groups. At least one hydroxy group of the reactive polycarbonate compound reacts with an isocyanate group to form a urethane bond. A polycarbonate reaction type material incorporated into the inside of the mold, and if the heat resistant effect is excellent, the stability to maintain the initial shape is not deteriorated even after a long period of time pressure. |
