The present invention relates to a novel immunostimulating composition comprising an immunoreaction-modulating substance, and more particularly to a composition for enhancing immunity comprising a lipopolysaccharide (LPS) analog having reduced toxicity and a cationic liposome And to their use. The present invention overcomes the physicochemical instability of liposomes and is advantageous not only in production, transportation and storage, but also as an immune delivery system by improving stability. In addition, the present invention includes both an antigen and an immune response modulating substance and a cationic liposome, thereby exhibiting an enhanced immune enhancing effect as compared with the case of using an immune response modulating substance alone. |
