titleOfInvention | Arrayed colorimetric sensor and its fabrication method |
abstract | The present invention relates to a color conversion chemical sensor capable of recognizing a chemical species using color change and a method of manufacturing the same. The proposed sensor fabrication method is based on forming a barrier that localizes the color conversion sensing region to a specific position by using a method of removing a material in a selective region by laser light absorption, A chemical sensor having the above-described structure can be produced in a reproducible manner. In particular, a high density color conversion chemical sensor array having a plurality of sensing regions can be efficiently manufactured. A specific sensor manufacturing method includes the steps of fixing a porous sheet to a support substrate, shaping a sensing area on a porous sheet through a laser ablation process, and dividing / drying the sensing solution into a sensing area to form a sensing film. Further, it is possible to fabricate a color conversion sensor array chip using the nanofiber polymer membrane by using the same laser ablation process. |
