titleOfInvention | Composition for Identifying Undifferentiation Stage of Canine Spermatogonial Stem Cells |
abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for analyzing the degree of undifferentiation of cancellous stem cells, a composition for separating undifferentiated cannulated stem cells, a method for analyzing the degree of undifferentiation of cannulated trunk cells, and a method for separating undifferentiated cannulated trunk cells using CXCR4 and PGP9 Lt; 5 > at the mRNA level or the protein level, it is possible to effectively analyze the degree of undifferentiation of the myeloid stem cell, and to separate the undifferentiated human spermatogonial stem cell using an antibody specific for CXCR4 and PGP9.5. The undifferentiated spermatogonial stem cells isolated through the present invention can be used for studies on the production of transgenic sperm and animals as well as studies on the male sterility and spermatogenesis process related to germ cell differentiation. |
