The composition according to the present invention contains phytosphingosine as an active ingredient and the phytosphingosine simultaneously inhibits epithelial mesenchymal transition and growth of cancer stem cells to effectively inhibit metastasis of cancer cells and thus exhibits the original therapeutic effect of cancer .
