titleOfInvention | Culture medium comprising ITS and EGF, and method for in vitro culture of bovine embryo |
abstract | The present invention relates to a culture medium composition for in vitro culture of bovine embryos supplemented with insulin-transferrin-sodium selenite (ITS) and epidermal growth factor (EGF), which can replace the existing fetal bovine serum Lt; RTI ID = 0.0 > embryo. ≪ / RTI > It was confirmed that the culture medium composition for in vitro culture to which ITS and EGF were added exhibited the effect of improving the production efficiency and freezing resistance of bovine embryos and increasing the infiltration ability of nutritional fibers. Accordingly, the culture medium composition of the present invention and the in vitro culture method using the same can improve the quality of the embryo, and ultimately contribute to the improvement of the fertility rate by the embryo transfer. |
