titleOfInvention High resolution ambient mass spectrometric imaging system for analysis of living biomaterials
abstract The present invention relates to a high resolution atmospheric pressure mass spectrometry imaging system for the analysis of live biological specimens and their use. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of analyzing a desalted analyte by using a gold nanoparticle and a near infrared ray pulsed laser as a desorption source, desorbing the analyte from the sample, ionizing the desorbed analyte with a low temperature atmospheric pressure plasma jet or an electrospray source, A mass spectrometry imaging method at an atmospheric pressure assisted by gold nanoparticles and a laser unit for irradiating a near-infrared laser; A plasma supply unit for supplying a low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma jet to a sample; A sample stage part on which a sample is placed and on which a scanning stage is mounted to enable automatic scanning; An inverted optical microscope in which the sample stage part is mounted on an upper end; An ion delivery unit for delivering the analyte desorbed and ionized from the sample to the inside of the mass spectrometer; A mass spectrometer for analyzing the ionized analyte; And a monitor unit equipped with a program for collecting, storing, and analyzing the analysis results, and a high resolution atmospheric pressure mass spectrometry imaging system.
