In addition, the ion-mediated assembled graphene grains prepared according to the present invention have micro-scale pores and nano-scale surface wrinkles in a hierarchical structure, and have a very large surface area and a structure specialized for heat release. Because the network has a vertical orientation, it is very effective at quickly removing heat from the metal. The LED device to which the oxidized graphene-metal structure of the present invention is applied has the effect of significantly lowering the equilibrium temperature and improving the illuminance.
