abstract The present invention relates to the application of the antiplatelet thrombolysin for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP). The major pathogenesis of TTP is von Willebrand factor-cleaving protease. In other words, it is inhibited by the defective expression of ADAMTS13 or autoantibodies, and the von Willebrand factor (vWF) aggregates in the body in a large amount to form a plurality of superpriming polymorphs, which induces pathological platelet aggregation to form a thrombus, TTP. The antiplatelet thrombolytic agent inhibits platelet adhesion and aggregation to restore platelet, erythrocyte, and hemoglobin levels, and decreases lactate dehydrogenase levels to effectively reduce thrombocytopenia and mitochondrial hemolytic anemia.
