The present invention is directed to a method of forming an emulsion comprising: forming an emulsion with an amphiphilic block copolymer capable of forming a nano or microemulsion; Encapsulating chlorophyll-a within the micelle of the amphiphilic block copolymer; Encapsulating the catechin within the micelle of the amphiphilic block copolymer and homogeneously mixing with chlorophyll-a, wherein the amphiphilic block copolymer comprises 0.5 to 50% by weight; 0.1 to 15% by weight of chlorophyll a; Catechin 0.1 to 10% by weight; And the remaining balance is characterized by containing water, a hydrophilic solvent or a mixture thereof.
