abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for prevention and treatment of muscle-related diseases containing an extract of Angelica keiskei (or butanol fraction) as an active ingredient. (1) MHC expression in C2C12 cells differentiated by the butanol fraction of Huangyan was confirmed to be the strongest by using Western blotting as a method for evaluating the promoting effect of differentiation of myoblasts (1) Experimental Example 1); (2) Effect on myoblast differentiation Myocardial transcriptional activity was significantly increased by the experiment (Experiment 2). Sample treatment increased the number of cylinder-shaped multinucleated myotubes and increased the ratio of multinuclear myotubes to facilitate root cell differentiation to form canaliculus cells . (3) It was confirmed that the extract of Huangryn extract induces source cell differentiation by activating the p38MAPK and Akt signal transduction (Experimental Example 3), (4) the effect of Huanglong extract was independent of cell viability, (5) In an in vitro model in which muscle differentiation was lost using the culture medium of CT-26 colorectal cancer cell lines, the samples of the present invention recovered the expression of MHC and myoD and confirmed that they have muscle regeneration ability. The experimental results show that the butanol fraction of the present invention is useful as an active ingredient for the treatment of muscular atrophy, muscular atrophy, muscular dystrophy, muscle degeneration, muscular hypertrophy, atrophic axons, myasthenia, cachexia, (sarcopenia), and the like, the composition can be usefully used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating muscle diseases, a health functional food, a health supplement, and the like. |
