abstract | A self-powdered ion channel sensor according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a lower storing part which has a lower storing space for receiving an electrolyte; an upper storing part which has an upper storing part for receiving the electrolyte; a membrane which is arranged between the lower storing part and the upper storing part and comprises a plurality of through holes; a lower electrode which is arranged on the lower surface of the lower storing part; an upper electrode which is arranged on the upper surface of the upper storing part; a piezoelectric film which is arranged on the upper electrode; and a piezoelectric electrode which is arranged on the piezoelectric film. According to the present invention, a wide range of pressure can be sensed with low power. |
