abstract | The present invention relates to DNA typing kit and a diagnostic kit for cancer, and using the same so-called polymorphism of CLPTM1L gene, more specifically, the polymorphic cow present in the promoter region to control expression of genes CLPTM1L satellite small satellite CLPTM1L -MS1, CLPTM1L - MS2, CLPTM1L- MS3 or CLPTM1L- MS4, a DNA typing kit using the primer set, and a cancer diagnosis kit. Since the CLPTM1L polymorphism of the present invention is transmitted through meiosis according to the Mendelian genetic makeup, it can be used for identification of paternity, blood affinity, or forensic medical evaluation by DNA typing. The CLPTM1L- MS2 region is amplified and the length of alleles It is useful to diagnose susceptibility to cancer. |
