abstract |
It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel medical chart using a multipotent hepatocyte (Muse cell) in regenerative medicine. The present invention relates to a cell preparation and a medicament composition for improving and treating perinatal brain disorders such as learning disorder or movement disorder, including SSEA-3-positive pluripotent hepatocytes isolated from a hepatic mesenchymal tissue or a cultured mesenchymal cell of a living body . The cell preparation of the present invention is based on a device for inducing a disordered brain tissue by administering a Muse cell to a subject having the disorder to ameliorate and treat the disorder. |
