The recombinant botulinum toxin protein of the present invention is a fusion of a solubilized GFP-HS1 tag and a botulinum toxin protein. The recombinant botulinum toxin protein exhibits improved cytoplasmic solubility during production of recombinant protein, And it is easy to obtain botulinum toxin in an activated form as well as a separate purification after protein expression including a protease domain. |
