abstract | The present invention provides a method for predicting the results of a sexual precocious puberty confirmation test (GnRH stimulus response test) of a girl with a sexual precocious puberty, and in particular, in order to provide information necessary for confirmation of a sexual precocious puberty, (Cortisol), dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), and estradiol-17β (E2) concentrations in saliva samples collected prior to the completion of the GnRH stimulation test (GnRH stimulation test) to determine whether a positive girl or a negative girl will obtain a positive or negative result. |
