abstract The present invention relates to thermoplastics formulations having a thermoplastics matrix and a very high molecular weight acrylic processing aid of 1 to 40 wt% with a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 g / mol or more. The formulation has a high melt strength, but is processable under conventional melt processing conditions. The formulations are useful for extruded products such as extruded sheets, foams, coextruded profiles, melt processing products including blown films, and other objects typically formed by thermal processing operations.
