Various composite grafts having biological components located in at least a portion of the voids of the scaffold and the landing scaffold having voids defined in at least a portion of the landing scaffold are provided in this disclosure. The graft may have a synthetic scaffold or a bone-based scaffold. The graft may be osteogenic, cartilage formation, osteochondral formation, or healing in nature. There is also provided a method of using a composite graft to treat tissue defects in a subject. A manufacturing method is also provided. Synthetic scaffolds are made by laminate manufacture. Stirring is used to combine the biological components with the scaffold of the graft. |
