abstract |
The present invention relates to an anti-MRS monoclonal antibody, and more particularly to an anti-MRS monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to a fragment represented by amino acid 861 to 900 of human-derived MRS (methionyl-tRNA synthetase) Or a fragment thereof, a method for producing the antibody, and a composition for diagnosing cancer comprising the antibody. The antibody or fragment thereof of the present invention specifically binds to human-derived MRS and can detect MRS because it is not cross-reactive with other proteins including the same ARS family, and thus can be usefully used for diagnosing MRS-related cancers . |
