abstract |
The present invention provides compositions effective to ameliorate the symptoms of autistic spectrum disorders. The composition is characterized by containing as an active ingredient at least one pyridoxamine compound selected from the group consisting of pyridoxamine and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The composition may be used in combination with at least one thiamine compound selected from the group consisting of thiamine derivatives and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. |
