abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a cosmetic product having excellent skin affinity by using a forage, which is produced as a byproduct when casting rice wine, and a method for using the cosmetic product produced thereby. His method is; Drying the ginger which is formed after immersing the fermented wine such as makgeolli and preparing the material; Crushing and pulverizing the dried material; Introducing and aging the pulverized material into a base oil for cosmetic manufacture such as argan oil or jojoba oil to improve the properties of the base oil; Separating the improved base oil floating from the precipitated powdered material to obtain an improved cosmetic oil.
