titleOfInvention | rubus coreanus and sanguiin H-6 having estrogenic activity and anti-cancer activity against breast cancer and menopausal or hormonal disorder |
abstract | The present invention relates to a bacterium extract having an estrogen activity and a breast cancer inhibiting effect, sanguinin H-6 and a method for producing the same. The present invention provides a bacterium extract used for estrogenic activity and breast cancer inhibiting activity. The present invention also provides sanguinin H-6, which is used for estrogenic activity and breast cancer inhibitory activity of a woman extracted from bokbunja extract. Also, the present invention provides a bacterium extract used for estrogenic activity and breast cancer inhibiting activity, characterized by using 1 to 300 μg per 1 ml of human breast cancer. Also, the present invention provides sanguinin H-6, which is used for estrogenic activity and breast cancer inhibitory effect of women, which is characterized by application of 1 to 300 μg per 1 ml of human breast cancer. The present invention also provides a process for extracting brambled methanol extract from brambled fruit with methanol (step 1) The resulting brambled methanol extract was suspended in distilled water and then put in a seperatory funnel and fractionated in the order of CH 2 Cl 2 (dichloromethane), EtOAc (ethyl acetate) and n-BuOH (n-butyl alcohol) (Step 2), Separation of the fractions from each of the above fractions in EtOAc (ethyl acetate) into fractions by a chromatographic method using a Sephadex LH-20 column (step 3) The above-described fractions are purified by HPLC and recrystallized with MeOH (step 4), which provides a method for producing Sanguinin H-6. |
