titleOfInvention Composition of Fetal Bovine Serum for Culturing Yolk Sac Stem Cell and Manufacturing Method Thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a fetal bovine serum composition for culturing an egg yolk stem cell and a method for producing the same. Since the fetal bovine serum composition of the present invention can remove the albumin-binding lipid or albumin by heat treatment or using the dye, it is possible to improve the fear formation and cell growth inhibition phenomenon caused by the egg yolk culture, so that the homogeneous culture of the egg yolk stem cells is possible do.
