abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a cosmetic product to improve skin disease containing turmeric leaf oil as an active ingredient, comprising the following steps: a turmeric leaf oil acquisition step of acquiring turmeric leaf oil from turmeric leaves via a solvent-free extraction method; and a cosmetic product production step of mixing the turmeric leaf oil and a fat-soluble base material to produce the cosmetic product for improving skin disease. The present invention further relates to a cosmetic product for improving skin disease containing the turmeric leaf oil as the active ingredient produced thereby.
