abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a lightweight composite panel for a bed for use as a top plate of a stone bed or a clay bed and a method of manufacturing the same, A stirring step, a coagulating agent injecting step, a secondary stirring step, a drying step, and an adhering step. The stone plate preparation step is a step of processing the stone plate to a predetermined standard and washing the surface of the stone plate. In the primary stirring step, 80 to 100 parts by weight of sawdust and 30 to 50 parts by weight of charcoal are mixed with 100 parts by weight of the loess powder, and the mixture is stirred until uniformly mixed using an agitator to prepare a primary mixture. The step of adding the coagulant is a step of adding 7 to 15 parts by weight of a coagulant and 10 to 20 parts by weight of water to 100 parts by weight of the first mixture to prepare a second mixture. The secondary stirring step is a step of making a semi-solidified tertiary mixture with stirring until the secondary mixture is evenly mixed using a stirrer. The compression molding step is a step of molding the base plate by placing the tertiary mixture in a molding die provided to a certain standard and pressing the same. The drying step is a step of separating the base plate from the mold, and then naturally drying the base plate until the moisture content of the base plate becomes less than a predetermined standard. The attaching step is a step of attaching the base plate to the lower surface of the stone plate using an adhesive. The lightweight composite board for bed according to the present invention is manufactured through the above-described steps. |
