abstract |
A digital X-ray source according to the present invention includes a hollow body unit having a space therein, an electron emission source unit for emitting electrons inside the body unit, and a light source for emitting light by collision with electrons emitted from the electron emission source unit. The electron emission source unit has a plurality of patterning mesh holes and is stacked on an emitter section for emitting electrons to pattern carbon nanotubes grown from the emitter section. According to this structure, the patterning of the carbon nanotube to be grown can be facilitated, contributing to the improvement of the dose quality. |
