abstract |
The present invention relates to a powdery emulsion composition with good flavor developability, and more particularly, to an emulsion composition with improved hygroscopicity and soft body feeling. The powdery emulsion composition includes maltotetraose syrup, edible fats and an emulsifier. Wherein the content of maltotetraose (G4) is 30 to 60% by weight and the content of sugar of DP that is 10 or higher is 25 to 55% by weight based on the content of sugar solids. |
